1050 Aluminium is a commercially pure wrought aluminium grade containing a minimum of 99.5% aluminium. It provides excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical and thermal conductivity, good weldability and very good forming characteristics. The material is commonly selected for components that require bending, deep drawing, spinning, pressing or fabrication rather than high mechanical strength.
Solitaire Steel & Engineering LLP, based in Khetwadi, Mumbai, India, supplies and exports 1050 aluminium sheets, plates, coils, circles, pipes, tubes, round bars, flat bars, wire coils and other required forms. Material can be supplied in applicable tempers, standards, dimensions and finishes according to the buyer’s drawing, application and quantity.

1050 aluminium is a suitable choice when the requirement prioritises corrosion resistance, conductivity, surface finish and formability over high mechanical strength. It is particularly useful for deeply formed, bent, spun, welded or conductive components.
Buyers requiring higher structural strength, improved machining performance or heavily loaded components should discuss grades such as 2014, 6061, 6082 or 7075 with the Solitaire Steel & Engineering LLP sales team before ordering.
