RoHS Compliance Statement

We can confirm that the following hazardous substances are kept below the maximum permissible levels as per the RoHS Directive:

• Lead
• Cadmium
• Mercury
• Hexavalent Chromium
• Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB)
• Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE)

These substances comply with the restrictions set by the European Directive 2011/65/CE in all materials we supply, with the exception of specific grades where the relevant standards require higher levels. In such cases, the material will conform to the specified limits for that grade.

Scope of the Directive

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive targets manufacturers of electrical and electronic products. Its main objectives include:

1. Recycling Responsibility: Manufacturers are responsible for recycling products at the end of their lifecycle, with specific recycling targets.
2. Elimination of Hazardous Substances: The RoHS Directive aims to eliminate the use of environmentally harmful substances in the manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment.

The RoHS Directive sets a maximum concentration of 0.1% by weight for the following substances:

• Lead
• Mercury
• Cadmium
• Hexavalent Chromium
• Polybrominated Diphenyls (PBDs)
• Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs)
